Yoked Shirt (Left): Mens shirt

Slashed
Fencing Jacket (Left): List legal fencing jacket [please indicate preference of fabric (i.e.
4-layer trigger or 2-layer denim) along with color, choice of trim and armor requirements]
has slashes sewn in to suggest the popular Elizabethan jerkin-over-shirt look while
avoiding overlap complications. "Slits" are trimmed to add decor. Epaulets (at
shoulder) are optional; jacket can be skirted or have tabs at the bottom. Sewn-in sleeves
are white to complete the look. Center front closure can button or lace and will have
required overlap. (Please include in armor requirements.) Trigger jacket (machine
washable):$100 For both jackets-send neck, chest, waist and hip measurements, shoulder width and
armlength. Both can also be made as vests to be worn over list legal shirt (above). Also

Venetians
(Right):
Classic 16th Century venetians are semi-full pants with cuffs just below the knee to show
off the gentles shapely calves. Please indicate whether you prefer a drawstring or
buttonfly waistband. Cuffs and waistband can be done in a contrasting color, please
indicate on order form. Velvet or damask (dry clean only):$75 Please send waist and calf measurements (at cuff) and outseam and inseam from waist to desired length of pant. down side of leg. Ask about a special order in another type of fabric, if interested. Trunkhose:
(not shown) 17th Century trunkhose are extremely full and a lot of fun to fence in (what
legs?) Can be tied above knees or dropped down into boots. Available in a variety of
colors of trigger or damask. Can be lined, but not advisable in hot weather. As with most
pants, cuffs and waistband can be done in a contrasting color, please indicate on order
form. Please indicate preference of button fly or drawstring waist, and buttons or lace on

Irish
Peasant Dress (Left): A timeless classic designed for comfort. When made of a natural fabric
and worn over a muslin or rumple gauze chemise it is as cool as you can get in the summer
months. The dress laces up the front and features a split skirt which shows off the
chemise underneath. For a fancier look, lace-on sleeves can be added. Dress (without

Cotehardie
(Right): Elegance and simple style characterize the
cotehardie. Made to be slipped over the head and worn belted, and can have square or
rounded neck opening (please indicate preference). Undersleeves preserve
modesty. Trim is recommended at
least around neckline and, if desired, around the oversleeves. Prices are shown
without and with trim. Cotton

Sideless
Gown (Left): Worn over a kirtle in the 14th century, the sideless gown is always trimmed
around the enlarged sleeve openings. Very comfortable to wear, and allows a garment of a
more decorative fabric to be worn over a cotton garment with lots of room to breathe.
Available in a variety of colors to compliment the kirtle underneath. Velvet (dry clean

Basic Bodice
(Left):
Available in a variety of colors and fabrics for the poorest to the richest personas. Lace
up front and fully lined with optional epaulets and tabs or skirt at waist. Boning is also
optional, recommended if support is needed, not recommended if comfort is top priority.
Accurate measurements are required for proper fit. Cotton (machine washable): $30 Please send chest, waist, back neck to waist, and shoulder width measurements.

Muddled Miscellany also carries or will soon carry the items described below, of which pictures are not yet available or stock is always changing. Call or email to find out what is in stock or for custom orders. Cloaks: I can make a number of cloaks in various lengths and fabrics. There is also an option of adding a waterproof layer which should make the cloak waterproof, although this is still being tested and not guaranteed. Please indicate length (in inches from shoulder to desired length), fabric choice
(recommend wool or velvet), color, trim choice (if desired), choice of closure, and
whether lined or unlined. I will get back to you with a price before beginning
construction of the cloak. Headpieces: A variety of headpiece patterns are currently being developed. I will start bringing them to events soon, and will also add them to the web page. |
